We offer fun, family friendly music workshops suitable for all ages and abilities. Both Liam and Jon are professional tutors with a decade's experience in schools and private practice, and we offer the chance to get hands-on with the instruments we use onstage.

Success is guaranteed and no prior musical knowledge is necessary. Our workshops build towards a final ensemble performance of some classic jug band songs, and help children and adults alike to:

- Develop rhythm and harmony
- Practise teamwork
- Improve fine motor skills
- Be part of a fascinating musical tradition

Most of all, it's just great fun. All instruments are provided, and you are welcome to bring string instruments (e.g. guitar, ukulele, mandolin) as well. You will receive instruction on how to play a variety of instruments associated with the jug band tradition of the 1920s, including:

- Spoons
- Washboard
- Kazoos
- Swannee whistle
- Jug (of course!)

Our workshops are available for festivals, schools, private parties, conferences, care homes, brownie/guide groups, cafes and bars, and anything else you might like us for. Just get in touch via the form below to discuss what you have in mind We look forward to hearing from you!
